Pongsakorn is an engineer by training, with over 30 years of managerial & professional experience in the fields of Investment Banking, Corporate Finance & Capital Markets, both from International & leading Thai financial institutions. Pongsakorn has led a number of mergers & acquisitions transactions till completion for both Thai & International Clients across a broad spectrum of industries as well as led many successful initial public offerings. Pongsakorn brings to Castle Partners the knowledge & experience from positions as Director of SBC Warburg Premier, Chief Representative HSBC Investment Bank Asia, Bangkok Office, Managing Director Sicco Advisory & as President, Corporate Finance & Capital Markets of Finansia Syrus Securities PCL ( Previously Syrus Securities ). Pongsakorn graduated from The New Jersey Institute of Technology USA, The Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration and is a member of the Institute of Directors Thailand.
